How long does sea freight take from China to Brazil? +
Port-to-port: 30-40 days. Door-to-door: add 5-10 days for inland transportation and customs clearance.
Which Chinese ports do you ship from? +
Shenzhen (Yantian), Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Xiamen, Guangzhou. We pick the best for your route.
Which Brazilian ports do you ship to? +
Santos, Rio, Paranagua, Itajai, Navigantes. Then the supplies were distributed throughout the 26 states.
What's the transit time for air freight? +
Door-to-door service, 3-7 days, including customs clearance. Direct flights from Guangzhou/Shanghai to São Paulo/Rio.
Do you provide cargo insurance? +
Yes, optional at 0.3-0.5% of cargo value. Covers loss & damage end-to-end.
Can I track my shipment in real time? +
Yes, via our customer portal. We also send milestone notifications via WhatsApp / email.
🛂 Customs & Compliance
What documents do I need for customs clearance in Brazil? +
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, and product-specific certificates (ANVISA for food/cosmetics, INMETRO for electronics, MAPA for agriculture). We prepare all.
How long does Brazil customs clearance take? +
Standard cargo: 1-3 business days. Special categories (ANVISA / INMETRO / MAPA): 7-30 days depending on registration status.
Can you act as importer of record? +
Yes, for certain goods under our IOR. We can also guide you through the licensing process if you want to import in your own name.
How are import duties calculated? +
Brazil uses a complex system: II (import tax), IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS. Rate depends on HS code and origin. We optimize in our quote.

How do you find and verify factories? +
We have a network of 1,500+ verified factories. Each is audited on quality systems, production capacity, export experience, and financial stability before joining.
Can I get samples before ordering? +
Yes, we can arrange samples. It usually takes 5-10 days, and you will need to pay for the sample fee plus shipping.
Do you do quality inspections? +
Yes, pre-shipment inspection (PSI) at the factory. Photo / video report included. Defective items replaced before shipping.
Can you consolidate products from multiple factories? +
Yes, that is our specialty. We consolidate shipments from our Guangzhou/Shanghai warehouses and offer 30 days of free storage.

What payment methods do you accept? +
T/T (bank wire), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal for small orders. BRL, USD, CNY, EUR accepted.
What are typical payment terms? +
30% T/T deposit on order, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight also available for established clients.
Are there any hidden fees? +
No. Our quote is all-inclusive: sourcing fee, freight, insurance (if requested), customs duties, and last-mile delivery. No surprises.
Can I get a sample quote before committing? +
